It seems decent enough, which appears to satisfy most folks. Here is a photo of Melbourne Zoo's fairly new baboon exhibit, which is actually similar to the one found in Yorkshire. The Melbourne enclosure is definitely not as bare and it offers up a little more varied terrain:
I think being mainly terrestrial (at least in daytime) that what's in here is probably sufficient climbing-wise. They obviously had to keep climbing equipment reduced and to the central area, to prevent possibility of escapes.
My only misgiving is the whole area may remain bare-looking as the Baboons(17 of them) are already 'in' and any seeded areas won't get any chance to grow. I saw the Port Lympne group of Guinea baboons last year(also originally from Paris Vincennes as are these) and they have access to a much larger area than this, one of the large grass rhino paddocks, but quite a wide area around the entrance to their night quarters is bare ground, through their heavier usage of this area.
