I hadn't heard anything about a new exhibit and so it is a nice surprise to see photos of one here. The entire Brazos River Country part of the zoo is for the most part really well done and Cameron Park might be one of the most underrated zoos in America. Does anyone know what the future plans are for the facility?
According to this article, their next major drives will be a veterinary center and an education center. No specific animal plans, but the director says down the road he would like to add something like baboons or gorillas. Sounds like there is no specific master plan.
