From thw Smithsonian National Zoo. The female is blind in one eye from when a sibling pecked her eye out. The are currently in the New England Farmyard as they wait for an exhibit to be build in Pampas Plains. No such exhibit is currently being built.

You have learned well, young grasshopper.
How do you know the rhea exhibit isn't being built?

Probably should've asked you about that first. When I went I didn't see anything being done for Pampas Plains besides the viewing hut for the Maned Wolves but it's been over two months since then so how's the construction for Pampas Plains going besides the completion of the Maned Wolf viewing hut.

*Nice new avatar by the way. You seem to get a lot of animal close ups at Beardsley. Taken through the new glass viewing no doubt.
