Sorry I couldn't get a wider shot, but I only had a telephoto lens (and the path here is narrow). A new sturdy fence has been added to keep people back from the fencing in the small exhibit that connects to the mountain lion habitat. This exhibit is currently empty and has been for several years. It was originally a thick-billed parrot aviary (and for a brief period held a North American porcupine). I asked a docent about plans and reason for fence, but she was either unsure or unable to divulge what will go in here and when.
