This individual is the only New Guinea harpy eagle I've ever seen; it spent some years in Edinburgh Zoo before being sent to Antwerp.
A friendly keeper saw me struggling to photograph this eagle through the aviary bars so, to my great surprise, he kindly unlocked the aviary door and let me go inside the cage to take a photo. (I think the eagle was more surprised than I was.)
