Yes and they were photographed in the Pachyderm House (the original building on the site of the current Elephant House). Someone's face should be very red!
Yes, there was pair that used an outdoor enclosure more or less where the capuchins are now, as shown in bongorob's old photo.
This enclosure is more or less at the right hand edge of the older photo below. Their indoor quarters were in the building at right angles to the chimp house. As the photo shows these structures existed before the Tropical House (now Realm) was built and were eventually combined into it.
This indoor enclosure was originally beside the old ramp, which can still be seen inside the Tropical Realm (although it doesn't go anywhere now) more or less behind the Amphibian conservation display. Their indoor pool could be viewed from the gallery above it, as could a crocodile pool next door. Then you went through a door into the Nocturnal House, which is now the off-show indoor quarters for the hyacinthine macaws, and you came out through the door at the corner of the building and down the steps.
...or out onto the balcony at the upper level of the Tropical House (the door is hidden at the back of what is currently the Luzon lowland scops owl aviary).
