This new exhibit was built opposite the African savannah at the end of the Australian Bush section of the zoo. Quokkas and short-beaked echidnas (the echidnas lived in their with the koalas before this exhibit) now live in their old exhibit.

Where is their old exhibit? Or was it part of what is now "Growing WIld"? I haven't seen any echidnas or quokkas on my visits, if their enclosure was removed why don't they add them in here?

It's tricky. The koalas and echidnas lived in what is now the Tasmanian devil exhibit between the Great Flight Aviary and the wombats. The quokkas lived in an old exhibit that was demolished for Growing Wild (in almost exactly the same place as the right-hand side meerkat exhibit). For a short space of time the quokkas lived in the Tasmanian devil (old koala) exhibit with the echidnas but I only saw that situation once before the devils moved in.

Thanks PAT. Did they build a completely new exhibit for the devils? What was kept in that small exhibit at the end of the Tasmanian Devil enclosure, by the wombats? The glass has been taken out of it and its kind of a small overgrown garden now.

The devil exhibit is the same as when it held koalas but the climbing structures have been taken down and the glass wall has been added where a low metal wall used to be. Everything else has stayed the same (I don't know about behind the exhibit though).
The small exhibit you mention held blue tongue lizards a long, long time ago. For probably ten years or more it hasn't held anything because the lizards kept going missing (I don't know whether it was from predation or being stolen).
