Dublin Zoo is certainly connecting with the community as in 2015 there was an all-time record of 1.1 million visitors that passed through the gates. Expensive new exhibits for elephants, gorillas, sea lions and orangutans in the past decade have all helped contribute to huge attendance growth and that is great to see at a major zoological facility.
