I presume this is for Avifauna's mammal collection, rather than its birds.
How has the the move towards a larger mammal collection impacted the place? Has it increased the visitor numbers? And is it perceived as a success?
I appreciate that, historically, Avifaua always did have some mammals; nonetheless, there is a very large part of me that regrets the loss of the single focus on birds here.
