North American Living Museum - Snowy Owl Exhibit

What is shown in this photo is basically the entire enclosure for two snowy owls, and the sky blue landscape isn't fooling anyone. Dreadful.

What an abominable exhibit! Do they get any enrichment, or have access to the outside world?

What you see is what you get, and I have no idea what kind of enrichment is on offer. Tulsa Zoo has some decent enclosures (rainforest building, chimpanzees, siamangs, elephants, etc) but overall it is an aging institution with many outdated exhibits.
