The current exhibit is very impressive considering that it was built in 1983, although the main focus of the renovation is adding glass viewing walls instead of the cement ones that can be seen in this photo:

The most exciting news is that the long-range plan is to add an adjoining beaver habitat that would allow the beavers access to trees for dam-building purposes.
