This is a fascinating photo due to the huge mock-rock boulders that dot the landscape...even outside of the otter exhibit. Thanks for uploading from this angle.
I found this enclosure quite interesting. It is completely surrounded by amphitheater, and I am willing to bet that it was originally built for seals and/or sea lions and the amphitheater used, of course, for some kind of presentations.
