Northern White-faced Owl (Ptilopsis leucotis)

I'd say ya got lucky with this shot. These owls always are either looking away or too far into the exhibit.

Plus it's surprisingly a dark shot, I'm sure the Aardvark enclosure tends to be pretty well lit

Yes, it's really hard to get the full face of the owls with their eyes wide opened. However, they were quite active and occasionally perched on well-lit spots. The aardvark was the one harder to spot - we could only see it during the feeding session.

For me Alika is usually pretty easy to spot as she tends to be wandering, though recently she has been hiding at the back so you need to peer quite an amount to see if she's there
