This five feet beast called Snapping Tom was their largest crocodile. Many Australian animal collections pride themselves on having at least one Saltwater Crocodile of decent size; therefore the fact that this was their largest one comes out strange. But as a keeper pointed out, they do not have space for a larger one. However, I think that I saw a reasonably large one at Sydney Aquarium, and Taronga had one over four meters, so tourists should not have to leave Sydney without seeing a large crocodile.
