Orycteropus

Ocelot cage, Rare Species Conservation Centre, Sandwich

RSCC has 1.1 Ocelot in this indoor cage inside the Tropical Hall.
This is an ok exhibit it has plenty of branches for the animal to climb on , is it indoors?, i prefer the enclosures for Ocelots at Howletts , and my only criticism is that the enclosure could be a bit larger.

So after attacking many of us for criticizing exhibits we've never visited, based only on photos--you have in the past several minutes....criticized a number of RSCC exhibits that you have only seen in photos! Spare me your attitude.

Reduakari i have mentioned in several posts before this one that it is not usually my habit to post criticisms of zoos i have never visited and unlike you when i do post on zoos i have never visited i have the decency to use constructive criticism instead of ridicule , "So after attacking many of us for criticizing exhibits we've never visited" actually i was attacking primarily your single narrowmindedness ! and North American centric attitude , i think many zoochatters here would agree that you need to learn how to be more persuasive when you are trying to get a point across instead of resorting to childish mockery , also i intend to visit this zoological garden to see for myself on my next visit to the united kingdom because of its close proximity to the Aspinall parks

It's about twice this height, one of the ocelots was sleeping on one of the roof beams when I visited. It is a bit small but I imagine that this, along with the whole inside of the house, will be rebuilt soon.
