Do you know if they still give them live goldfish once a week? I think I read on their website a while ago that they did that.

I don't think the feeding occurs any more, but the zoo has had great success with breeding the species. There is a kitten currently at the zoo that was born in January, twins were born a couple of years ago, and over 20 ocelots have been born there since the early 1970's.

Surprise! The zoo still puts live fish (trout) in the ocelot exhibit, and here is a video of the mother and her female kitten fishing and exploring:

That was an awesome video - thanks for sharing! If I had the money, I would fly up to Seattle on my next day off to photograph that ocelot kitten.

Now that's what I call real "natural behavior" in a zoo! I could stay at that exhibit all day.
