It's not much but this little area that can be shown in the link shows the many opportunities for guests to learn about the manatee. At the Manatee Science section, it shows a story about one struggling manatee that was rehabilitated and put back in the wild. The Manatee Conservation area is self explanatory. The computers display interactive games for children so that they can learn facts about these creatures and other sirenians. The Discovery Center shows replicated and real bones of crocodilians and other Florida species. Lastly, the Palmetto Scrub exhibit in the back holds Eastern Diamondbacks, Everglades, Yellow, and Grey rat snakes.
