I always enjoy the photos of this okapi exhibit, as it seems as if the animal(s) have a lot of shade and cover from the hot Texas sun. Too many zoos have very basic enclosures for these mammals, with nothing but wire fences and grass. It is nice to see a dense, jungle-like atmosphere attempted in Dallas.
