Saarbrücken Zoo is a collection of ugly exhibits build in the sixties and seventies. This monkey exhibit is in a kind of unique because of its open front. I don't know any other monkey cage with a construction like this. It worked much better with the crab-eating macaques.
@wstefan I have seen similar structures for S-American species in Lisboa and from pictures in Opole, but there the water moat really is a waste of space...
