Yes, they have an entire forest on a hillside. The posts in the fence are about 2 metres apart and the posts are all numbered. People write on a small whiteboard if they see a tuatara and near which post number so ther people can find them. The fencve you see in the photo starts at post #1 and goes in a straight line to #112, then it heads up the hill into an an area not accesible to the public. The last post is #410 (next to #1).
