I've tried to give an idea of the additional inside space available to the orangs, by combining a couple of photos. Hopefully this photo, in combination with @zoogiraffe's recent shots, will give a fair impression of the enclosure size.
Unfortunately no orangs in this shot, as they were all outdoors (although two were inside when I passed by earlier, with the youngest up at the top of the front section).
You'll also have to excuse the reflections of the woven screening in the bottom-left - it was a very sunny afternoon, but, even so, the viewing was pretty good, with a solid overhead shelter and woven screening to the rear of the viewing area. I would think that, on a less sunny day (when the orangs are more likely to be indoors), the viewing will be excellent.
