This is one of the most conflicting enclosures in my opinion. Despite its ugliness it does a good job keeping the orangutans up high without using negative reinforcement such as water and spikes on the ground (or so I remember from YouTube videos.) But both the indoor and outdoor orangutan enclosures are hideously tiny, which makes it harder to justify the brutalist style of the habitat. If only the wall and the outdoor o line was longer, then I could go past the brutalism.
