Do not 100% believe me on this one but based on Google Earth, this is just the underwater viewing tank, which is 5,500 sq ft.. Together, including this tank, the square footage adds up to 26,600 sq ft.
Moebelle is right. This is one end of the underwater viewing tank, and there is a bigger pool next to it, so they have a much bigger area than you can see on this picture. I don't know the numbers, but the proportions sound about right.
Then of course the show pool is bigger still, but they only spend a little time there I guess.
