This play space for kids is not seen by many visitors but contains the majority of the small collection of living animal exhibits in the whole museum. There are 13 small terrariums of various shapes, each containing 1 species. Pictured here are the 3 for amphibians:

Colorado River Toad
Leopard Frog
Tiger Salamander

There are also two exhibits set in simulated rockwork for reptiles:

Collared Lizard
Gopher Snake

There are also 8 exhibits in plain rectangular or round terrariums set inside a glass-fronted case for arachnids and insects and myriapods:
