Next year the military macaws (Ara militaris mexicana) and the hyacinthine macaws (Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus) who live nearby will be moving the old bird-of-prey aviaries from 1855 that are currently being reconstructed in a renovated and modernized form behind the okapi house.
