This area, which has now become derelict and ever more overgrown, used to be an exhibit. Some years ago, pygmy hippos (Hexaprotodon liberiensis) lived here, until last year there used to be water there (now mostly dried up and grown over) and the area held pelicans and cormorant. Now, the only animal in the area was the owner's cat.
