Owl Statue (Beaver Exhibit)

Here\'s the Owl Statue in the Beaver exhibit. I\'m guessing its part decoration and part scaring away nusiance birds.

The river otters apparently have a knack for catching wild ducks that land in their exhibit, so it might be there to try to scare off the ducks. As the beaver exhibit is more open and has more land than the otter exhibit, they probably think it will be more successful with the beavers.
