This species is kept outside Asia only at the Shaldon Wildlife Trust and Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens in the United Kingdom. (It was previously kept at Frankfurt Zoo in Germany and Lyon Zoo and Les Terres de Nataé in France.)
