It is half open, but I couldn't see anything like electric fence or something else, so i think, the animals don't want to jump out....Its a nice looking exhbiti for a just indoor enclosure, but it would be better, to keep them for several month outdoors, at the fresh air, sun!, rain, natural ground, ENRICHMENT.....
As far as indoor lemur exhibits are concerned, this must be a candidate for the best on the planet. It is amazing to watch the active primates leap around their amazingly detailed environment, although an outdoor enclosure would be a wonderful addition. At least indoors they can stay occupied with hidden treats, and receive a lot of warmth from the overhead lighting and skylights.
