Wow I can just imagine how fantastic it would be to stand in front of this exhibit. Huge wow factor Im sure. This might be my favourite photo from you day... but I do like the jellies.
This is just a tiny portion of this massive tank! The only reason I was able to get this picture is because people didn't seem to be very interested in this part of the aquarium. There was one wolf eel in here that was very active and enjoyable to watch.
Oh I assumed it was much bigger than your photo appears. To really get that impressive look it would have to be bigger. Its kind of surprising not may people would be interested in it. Its gorgeous. Yes its fun to walk through a tunnel with fish all around you but this is just as impressive.
The crowds were massive. It took over an hour for me to get in and for the 2 hours I spent actually inside the aquarium almost half of that was spent waiting to see the exhibits. The crowds were really bad up to the kid's area and after that the amount of people started to go down. I still wouldn't recommend going until the March Break is over, unless you're very patient.
Arcticwolf has a point. Wait a couple of days for March Break to be over and you could probably waltz right in and have the whole place pretty much to yourself. That could be said of any attaction in Toronto right now. Parents need something to do with the kids or face the consequences of bored kids inventing fun. Oh I remember when our parents made that mistake when my brother and I were kids... looked like a bomb went off in my brothers room every time... oddly never in my much bigger neater room...
