Sphaeramia nematoptera | 6 were added to the Mangrove Upside Down Jelly tank, and about 30 to 36 were added to the Garden Eel tank in the OP, I wish I got a picture of them in the Garden Eel tank since it'd show their colors better, but the viewing window would distort it
