You have possibility to watch cats on two perspectives: first is through the glass. I think that it's the best option - both for the animals and humans. Cats are more relaxed and sometimes (or even often as I've heard) they come very close. This picture was made through the glass, so it's also not so bad for photographers .
The second one allows people to see the enclosure from above and through the light, black fence. Cats are more aware of that and as I saw a little bit shyer or nervous.
