See what I mean about the lush, dense jungle of DAK? The Los Angeles Zoo has its gorillas in plain view of the visitors in what is basically a field, while Disney has created a mysterious forest for its great apes.
It's also not fair that they are constantly replanting the exhibit, but I do agree with you. The trees that were planted at the LA zoo gorilla exhibit were all destroyed in the first couple of months. I also noticed that the LA zoo has removed some hot wire from the gorilla exhibits since most of the trees/vegetation was destroyed anyways.
