@USZOOfan42San Diego Zoo is still #1 for me, as it's a zoo that excels with primates, birds, reptiles, amphibians and insects. The atmosphere there is fantastic, I have a lot of nostalgia for the place, and the climate is perfect. There are still major issues with a few large mammals (elephants, giraffes, various bears, lions, etc.), but it's one of the great zoos of the world. As an overall destination, nothing can top Singapore with a 5th zoo opening soon and all 5 next to each other. Incredible.
