Papuan eclectus (Eclectus polychloros cf. aruensis) - Jakarta Bird Land

This species, distinguishing it from other species of eclectus, have blue eye-ring and plumage on their chest and belly, as well as around the nape.

The subspecies aruensis, have brighter and longer red tail feathers and are generally larger than the mainland Papuan nominate subspecies.
