Papuan Hornbill (Rhyticeros plicatus)

Free flying in the Waterfall Aviary.

Would that post a threat to other birds and visitors? cause large hornbill are usually not in walkthrough aviary.

Also, what happen to the hornbill exhibits now?

@aardvark250 the Papuan hornbills in the Waterfall Aviary have undergone behavioural conditioning. The keepers keep a close watch on them but they don't appear to bother the other birds or visitors. The hornbills exhibit is still in use - Jurong currently has 19 species of hornbills.
