Should be Chrysopelea ornata, aka Golden/Ornate Tree Snake.

And there goes the geographic theming I guess..

I liked it better as a Madagascar/African-themed exhibit:(
On a side note, I wonder if any zoos allow this species to exhibit its natural gliding behaviour...
