Parrot Paradise - "Critically Endangered" aviary

3 CR species/subspecies grouped together in this aviary: Lesser Sulphur Crested Cockatoo (C.sulphurea), Citron Crested Cockatoo (C.s.citrinocristata) and Black Palm Cockatoo (P.a.aterrimus).

Parrot Paradise has undergone another major display shake-up (birds being relocated and regrouped in different aviaries; i think it's the 3rd time this year..). I'm don't know if it is being done for the parrots' enrichment or if the curators can't make up their minds.

Yes the whole park has had some intensive movement of birds through the last few months. I was told it is mostly due to the arrival of new species and in some cases the initial plan has to be re-adjusted. Also some birds have been moved to the [formely african] waterfall aviary.
But I don't think the parrots mind it that much, considering their breeding results are rising steadily in the same period ;)
And visitors get to see something new everythime they go there! I for one am enjoying the direction Jurong is taking.
