Just saw the Spix's in my latest visit, there was a keeper inside and they were quite entertained with him, so couldn't get any decent picture. The birds look great. What a treat to be able to see them!
@Springbok They went extinct in the wild, but survived in small numbers in captivity and reintroductions have recently started in Brazil. They have them on show at Pairi Daiza in Belgium as well.
