Part of the forest

It would be great to read more about this exhibit.
Animals, barriers?

Hey Zooman.

The park as a whole is just a large fenced off section of British woodland which is home to 145 Barbary Macaques. There is differing terrain and the forest is pretty dense in parts.

It's walk through and the barriers are only there to keep the public on the path because they are knee-height and the monkeys regularly cross the path in front of the visitors.

There are 2 feeding locations (one in a clearing, one in sparse forest) which is where the staff do scatter feeds to attract the monkeys to a location where they can be seen easier.

The education and interpretation is also good (as shown by my other photos)

It's OK for an occaisonal visit say once a year, but the novelty of the park can wear off.

Thx matey, interrsting that this is all they have on offer. Very cost efective l am sure.
