I think this is an adult and a juvenile trogon of some sort. Probably a White-tailed Trogon because there are a fair number in U.S. zoos, but it could be a Black-throated Trogon, a Black-headed Trogon, or a Gartered Trogon - there are several Central and South American species with yellow breasts and bellies. The chicks of trogons are generally spotted - in sort of the way that the chicks of bluebirds and solitaires are.
@Summer Tanager They are not trogons - none of the species you suggest match the color pattern seen here, in addition to the tails not being long enough.
@red river hog Handsome Fruiteater is a pretty good possibility.
