We enjoyed this 10:30am penguin feeding at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. A volunteer charts the feeding of each blackfooted penguin as the keeper provides the fish. This live program is aimed at younger visitors as they learn how aquarists feed and care for the colony and the challenges these animals face in today's world. The volunteers were diverse, articulate, helpful and fully integrated into the mission and presentation.
