I was very disappointed to see this. I don't know why but I loved this exhibit

Me too, I would stop by every once in a while to try to see the aardvarks outside, but never got the chance.

the last one was sent to another zoo for breeding.

If anything where to take up this exhibit I would want Tasmanian devils

I am so glad I was able to catch mother and son, one of their first times outside together too. Such a cool species to see outside and active. Other zoos I have been to have them inside snoozing away.

I thought of your photo of the two whenever I stopped by. Unfortunately I never got to see them outside, or even awake for that matter.

where have the aardvarks gone to. Lincoln park only has room for the one they have.
