He's dead now, right? The last one in Australia?

Come to think of it, does Australia have any 'traditional' Leopards left anywhere, i.e. apart from Snow and Clouded?

Melbourne Zoo still has one old Persian Leopard. An interesting little fact about it is that it bit the end off a boy's finger who had decided to climb the safety barrier between the path and the cage.

The boy could have lost a lot more than just a finger. But kids don't know better. It's when adults, who should know better, do this sort of stuff that I get furious, especially if the animal is condemned in the aftermath, even euthanised.

Not even Cloudeds any more. There is also a melanistic leopard at Gorge Wildlife Park.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that this leopard was called Cubba
