July 2023. I was told by an owner this is Pichi..but I really doubt. He keeps 5 armadillo species and when showing me Hairy screaming armadillo it looked a bit different. So I´m somehow confused...is this relly Pichi ?
They were building a new hall, where currently all armadillos species are kept, so no access for public. But I kindly asked the owner and he guided me and showed all the animals.
Ok, good to know, thanks! I'm trying to squeeze in a quick visit next month and if I end up going, this species is definitely one I want to see for myself.
Perhaps the new hall has finished by now. If not, I will ask the owner to see the armadillo.
