In 2018 the Scottish Highland cattle, now housed elsewhere in the park, lived in this area. The big cat rescue project has been delayed due to Covid-19 losses and permit delays. Photos and a video from February 2021 (Laafsekikkers) showed additional wooden frames have since been added in this area.
