Monocentris japonica.
It took ages to get this passable image. There was only one fish and it was not co-operative, the tank is a funny shape and the lighting was horrible. But this is such an interesting species that I had to make the effort.
Note: the aquarium for this species was illuminated with purple light - I have tried to compensate for this, but the colours in this image are probably not perfectly accurate.
And more excitingly, these animals have luminescent bacteria on each side of the jaw! And, these fish have scutes, not scales, with scutes being formed in the lower layer of the external skin.
