Seems even Mandai makes this ID error, the fish that they, and many people have in their aquariums here in Singapore, are Chalceus erythrurus, the Yellow-finned Chalceus aka the Tucanfish, not C. macrolepidotus.
True C. macrolepidotus are hard to come by in the local trade and I’ve only ever seen one local fish store bring them in from a Suriname import.
