The two exhibits for southern cassowarys (Casuarius casuarius) in the Oceania Area in Planckendael. The cassowarys here have access to the open area in front as well as a little forest bit towards the rear.
The Oceania theme in Planckendael opened in 1998 and is one of the most extensive in Europe featuring wildlife from Australia and New Guinea.
