The large aviary housing Australian wetland birds in the Oceania Area in Planckendael. A well planted and inconspicuous aviary featuring:

- Tawny frogmouth (Podargus strigoides)
- Glossy ibis (Plegadis falcinellus)
- Straw-necked ibis (Threskiornis spinicollis)
- White-faced heron (Egretta novaehollandiae)
- Masked lapwing (Vanellus miles)
- Bush thick-knee (Burhinus grallarius)
- Chesnut-breasted teal (Anas castanea)
- Plumed whistling duck (Dendrocygna eytoni)
- Maned wood duck (Chenonetta jubata)
- Crested dove (Ocyphaps lophotes)

The Oceania theme in Planckendael opened in 1998 and is one of the most extensive in Europe featuring wildlife from Australia and New Guinea.
